Ordered takeout for lunch and got the steak stir fry bowl and edamame. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Quick easy and delicious lunch. Definitely will be ordering again!

The food tasted very good. But, this place was not what I expected for the price. My water cup had broccoli in it. I didn't complain, I just drank my husband's water instead. The server barely spoke to us and he forgot my cousin's sushi, he asked us if we were ready for to go boxes before she'd even eaten. He also served me a dirty bowl, I asked if I could get a new bowl and the second bowl was also dirty. We spent over $200 for four of us, we also still tipped, which is what I expected to spend, but I also expected clean bowls, and better service.

So I arrived and the bar area was completely EMPTY... I was seated in the bar and told someone would be with me shortly. 15 minutes had passed by, and no one came to me, as I was getting up to leave, someone showed up. Mind you, a group of 6 girls got sat in the bar after me and ALL got tended to and their food b4 I got tended to to order. Also, right after they got served, a couple of men came in and got served and food b4 me too. Horrible management. Lack of attention to first seated, first to serve. Folks kept looking at me, that work here, and saw me, see them, see me, and they just never once thought, "Hmmmm, that lady been sitting there for AWHILE, let me go see what's up with her??" Ridiculous. DO BETTER!!

One thing that immediately stood out was how exceptionally clean the restaurant was. The dining area, grill station, and even the restrooms were spotless and well maintained. You could clearly see that hygiene and sanitation are taken seriously here. It made the whole dining experience feel more comfortable and enjoyable. On top of that, the food was delicious and the chef’s show was entertaining. Great experience overall.

Went to Kobe for a dual celebration; my bday and my in-laws' anniversary. We were a fairly large group of 11 people, so we called ahead for a reservation just to be safe, and we only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. For a little extra fun, we decided to sit at the grill instead of a regular table so everyone could enjoy watching the chef cook the food & do all the tricks, and it was great! I'd say that the only not so great part was our server. While he was friendly and polite, he got my son's order wrong and completely skipped me altogether. This also caused the chef some headaches, and he was visibly frustrated with the server as well since the food on his tray was either wrong or missing. And if we needed something for our table, like a spoon or a refill, he would take incredibly long, or he just forgot about us. Aside from the server issues that day, the entire staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. (We also tipped our chef extra cash on the side since we didn't feel it was fair that he had to split the gratuity with the server).
